Polyalphaolefin
Polyalphaolefins (PAOs) are a class of synthetic hydrocarbon fluids that are widely used in various industrial and automotive applications. They are produced by the polymerization of alpha-olefins, which are unsaturated hydrocarbons with a terminal double bond. PAOs are characterized by their high purity, high viscosity index, excellent thermal stability, and low pour point. Storchem is proud to be a branded distributor of Chevron Phillips Synfluid® Polyalphaolefins. Synfluid® PAOs are offered in a number of viscosities that include both high and low variations.
